Protein rich smoothie bowl - by Amber-Marie

Just finished this delicious breakfast and feeling brilliant. Contains over 30g of protein which is great for muscle build up after morning exercise. Blueberries are filled with antioxidants, which mop up all the free radicals floating around after a hard work out.


o 100g frozen blueberries

o 1⁄2 banana – chopped and frozen

o 200g of low fat yogurt

o 1 scoop (30g) of Inline Vanilla Berry protein

o 2 teaspoons of chopped almonds1 kiwifruit

o 1 kiwifruit 


  1. Add berries and banana to smoothie jar followed by yoghurt and protein powder. Blend till smooth.

  2. Serve in smoothie bowl and top with chopped almonds, berries and kiwifruit.
