- 1 Frozen banana
- 1 Scoop Inline Whey Protein
- 1 Cup Almond milk
- Seeds, nuts, nut butter, extra fruit ect. to put on the top (optional)
- Blend the frozen banana, protein powder and 1 frozen banana, 1 scoop of vanilla protein and almond milk together. Top it with whatever you fancy, or add more fruit into the smoothie mix!
This is a great way to have your post workout protein fix too!
