Ensure that the first thoughts that enter your mind when you wake are positive ones! This may seem like a small change but it can make a huge difference to your mindset! Try writing a few positive thoughts or quotes in the notes in your phone and reading them when you wake up.
Make a hot drink with lemon, apple cider vinegar and turmeric. This is a great, soothing way to start the day as it not only prepares your stomach for food but also helps to hydrate and cleanse.
Try to meditate for a few minutes in the morning. We often say we don't have time for things like this in the morning but if you make something a priority you can always find the time. meditation can help to relieve stress and help to build a great mindset for the rest of the day.
Enjoy and healthy, balanced breakfast. A breakfast that is high in protein and good fats can set you up for the day and will reduce hunger and snacking in the afternoon.
