Great healthy snack - Protein muesli slice with matcha from Amber-Marie

"Introducing my latest and greatest protein muesli slice with matcha - contains no refined sugars, flour or butter. This has a dense cake/ slice consistency and teams well with yoghurt for that extra protein hit. High in fibre, protein and antioxidants - wouldn't find that in the lolly jar.....!!"

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups of rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup of coconut threads
  • 1/2 cup of nuts, pumpkin seeds and sunflower seeds
  • 2 mashed bananas
  • 1 grated apple
  • 2 scoops of Inline Vanilla protein
  • 1 tbsp of matcha powder
  • 1/4 cup of coconut oil
  • 1/2 cup of milk 
  • 1 cup of blueberries 
  • 1 tsp of sesame seeds

Method:

  1. Mix all ingredients together (except sesame seeds)
  2. Pour into a lined square tin and sprinkle with sesame seeds
  3. Bake at 160 degrees for 25-30 minutes until golden and a knife comes out clean
  4. Serve warm with yoghurt
  5. Store in fridge
