Over 10 weeks 20 women of all different fitness levels worked together to become healthier, lose fat and gain fitness and strength. With the help of our team: Amber-Marie – nutrition coach and developer of 10 weeks worth of delicious meal plans and Blair Mitchell – our personal trainer who kept the group very motivated and designed 3 weekly workouts that were always challenging, the group was able to gain some amazing fitness and fat loss results!
Great improvements were also seen in the fitness testing, especially with the running testing which was definitely the most dreaded exercise across the group and by the end of the 10 weeks everyone's fitness had improved dramatically.
This Bootcamp really demonstrated that regardless of your fitness level or background, with a good diet that includes plenty of protein and regular exercise you can lose fat and become happier and healthier!
