Inline Summer Shape Up Programme: Results

Over 10 weeks 20 women of all different fitness levels worked together to become healthier, lose fat and gain fitness and strength. With the help of our team: Amber-Marie – nutrition coach and developer of 10 weeks worth of delicious meal plans and Blair Mitchell – our personal trainer who kept the group very motivated and designed 3 weekly workouts that were always challenging, the group was able to gain some amazing fitness and fat loss results!

 

Across 13 different women who chose to be measured and weighed at the start and end of our programme, there was a total of 165cm lost around the belly button circumference and a total of 50kg lost between them!! Which works out to an average of 3.85kg per person!

 

Great improvements were also seen in the fitness testing, especially with the running testing which was definitely the most dreaded exercise across the group and by the end of the 10 weeks everyone's fitness had improved dramatically.
