For the last 5 weeks this group of dedicated and amazing women have been rolling out of bed before the sun rises to become fitter, healthier and happier people!
Our first Inline Summer Shape up programme started 5 weeks ago with the aim of providing a fun and supportive environment for women to work on their health and fitness goals. With the help of our personal trainer Blair Mitchell and nutrition coach Amber-Marie we were able to develop a 10-week programme that consisted of three weekly group workouts, meal plans as well as Inline Protein powder to help with nutritional needs and muscle recovery.
Half way through the programme now and what an experience it has been so far! There has been many kg’s and fat lost and participants are reporting back on how great they feel and how much more energy they have. A lot of the success comes down to hard work and dedication but also enjoying the workouts, the food you eat and the people you are doing it with!

Repeat series of exercises for 20 minutes. Your muscles and lungs should be screaming by the end!
