Week 5: Inline Summer Shape Up Programme

For the last 5 weeks this group of dedicated and amazing women have been rolling out of bed before the sun rises to become fitter, healthier and happier people!

 

Our first Inline Summer Shape up programme started 5 weeks ago with the aim of providing a fun and supportive environment for women to work on their health and fitness goals. With the help of our personal trainer Blair Mitchell and nutrition coach Amber-Marie we were able to develop a 10-week programme that consisted of three weekly group workouts, meal plans as well as Inline Protein powder to help with nutritional needs and muscle recovery.

 

Half way through the programme now and what an experience it has been so far! There has been many kg’s and fat lost and participants are reporting back on how great they feel and how much more energy they have. A lot of the success comes down to hard work and dedication but also enjoying the workouts, the food you eat and the people you are doing it with!

Due to the success so far we are looking at running another Inline Summer Shape Up programme in the New Year. Spaces will be very limited so get in contact with us if you are interested.

Plus full body and cardio workout that you can do at home from our personal trainer Blair Mitchell. No equipment needed and will only take 20 minutes!

 

  1. 10x Touch floor squat jumps
  2. 10x bunny hops (Jumping forward into squat position)
  3. 10x push-ups
  4. 10x in and outs (In prone hold position jump legs out and back in)
  5. 10x kickbacks (In prone hold position kick one leg up at a time)
  6. Lap of block (1km running)

Repeat series of exercises for 20 minutes. Your muscles and lungs should be screaming by the end!
