Such a great recipe that gives you more time in the morning as you prepare the night before and refrigerate overnight. Contains a good amount of healthy fats, protein and complex carbs which makes for a great healthy breakfast and will keep you going throughout the day.
I added Vanilla Berry protein to mine just to add a bit more protein!
Ingredients for 2 serves:
Can add vanilla, vanilla berry or unflavoured whey if you want a protein boost.
Mix top eight ingredients in a bowl and refrigerate overnight
Mix bircher and yoghurt together and place in glasses/ jars. Top with blueberries, sliced strawberries and nuts.
