Healthy snack ideas- Vanilla Berry Ice Blocks

These vanilla berry popsicles make for the perfect summer time treat! Traditional ice blocks are packed full or sugar so it is great to try a homemade alternative that is made of real whole-foods and has no refined sugar added!

Perfect for the whole family.

You will need to have some large ice cube moulds on hand or if you have ice block moulds they would be prefect too! I brought mine from K-mart for $2 and they worked really well. 



 -1 cup of milk

-1 scoop of vanilla berry protein

-1/2 cup of mixed berries



-Blend milk and Inline protein powder together in a blender

-Put a few sliced strawberries and blueberries into each mould (or whatever fruit you want to use)

- Pour over milk and protein mixture and freeze. I waited a couple of hours before sticking in some Popsicle sticks as the mixture was starting to harden.
