Why should I take Inline Whey Protein?

When we push ourselves during exercise our muscles fibres tear and this is why we experience sore muscles in the days following training.  

In order to build muscle and become leaner and stronger we need our muscles to tear as they will then repair and become stronger.

Inline whey protein is a complete protein containing all 20 amino acids, which many plant proteins don’t.  Whey also contains all 9 essential amino acids, which are vital to source from our diet, as our body does not produce them. Inline protein also contains all three BCAA’s, which are important for aiding muscle recovery to help our muscles rebuild and repair faster for a quicker recovery time between workouts.

What are BCAA’s?

BCAA’s stand for Branched Chain Amino Acids. They are referred to as branched due to their molecular structure.

Amino acids are the building blocks of protein and are responsible for the making and repairing a large percentage of the human body. There are three different types of BCAA’s; Leucine, Isoleucone and Valine and are also defined as essential amino acids, meaning that the human body does not produce them and therefore must be sourced from our diet. These specific amino acids play important roles for our immunity and muscle repair.
