Simply blend everything together (except for the dark chocolate) in a heavy-duty food processor until you have a dough-y consistency. You may have to add extra water.
Line a tray with baking paper.
Roll your dough into bite-sized balls and place them on the lined tray.
Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Melt the dark chocolate. We opted for the water bath method where you place the chocolate in a small bowl and sit that inside a larger bowl filled with hot water.
Using a teaspoon, drizzle the melted chocolate over the bliss balls.
Refrigerate for a further 5 minutes and serve.
