Ingredients

 100 g Chia seeds
 500 ml Coconut milk
 1 scoop Inline Nutrition Protein Powder
Optional Toppings
 Fresh fruit, nuts, yoghurt etc.

Method

In a large bowl, mix together the chia seeds and milk.

Let it sit for 10 minutes, give it another stir, cover, and pop into the fridge.

Let it sit for 1-3 hours or overnight.

Mix in the protein powder.

Serve in bowls with toppings of choice.
