DRY
 1 heaped scoop Inline Nutrition Vanilla Berry Lean Whey Protein
 ¾ cup Oats
 ¼ cup Coconut flour
 ½ tsp Salt
WET
 1 cup Mixed berries
 ¼ cup Golden syrup
 1 tsp Vanilla extract
DECORATION
 Desiccated coconut

Method

Line one tray with baking paper.

Set aside a plate with the desiccated coconut.

In a food processor, blend the dry ingredients.

Add the wet ingredients and blend to your desired consistency.

Roll the mixture into small balls, gently through the coconut before placing on the lined tray.

Refrigerate for 30 minutes and enjoy!
