Healthy Choc-Caramel Smoothie

Ingredients

 1 large frozen banana (add more for thicker texture)
 1 scoop Plant Power Protein Caramel (can sub for vanilla/choc if preferred)
 300 ml plant milk (soy, coconut, almond, oat etc)
 1 tbsp cocoa powder
 1 tbsp peanut butter
 ½ tsp vanilla essence
 ½ tbsp maple syrup (optional)

Method

Add milk to protein shaker, then add in 1x scoop of protein powder and shake well

Pour milk+protein mix into blender, add frozen banana, cocoa, peanut butter, vanilla and optional maple syrup

Blend and serve! you can add more frozen banana to make it thicker, or more liquid to thin it out to your preferred consistency!
