Ingredients

 5 tbsp Honey
 80 g Butter
 2 scoops Vanilla Inline Nutrition Protein Powder
 1 cup Desiccated coconut
 4 cups Ricies

Method

Line a slice tray with baking paper.

In a saucepan, melt the butter and honey together.

Remove from the heat and mix in the protein powder and coconut.

Mix in the ricies.

Press ricie mixture into slice tray evenly.

Refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Chop into slices and enjoy!
