Set aside a plate or tray to refrigerate the bliss balls on.
In a large bowl, mix everything together (except for the coconut and chocolate).
Finely chop up the chocolate.
Add the chocolate and coconut to the mixture.
Put some gloves on and roll the mixture into little balls.
Roll the little balls in the extra desiccated coconut and then place them on the plate/tray.
Refrigerate for 30 minutes or so.
