Preheat oven to 180°C.
Line a tray with baking paper.
In a large bowl, combine dry ingredients.
In a small bowl, melt the butter then add to dry ingredients.
Add water and maple syrup to the mixture, and mix well.
Form small balls with the mixture and place them on the baking tray.
Squish down balls with a fork.
Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
Remove from oven, let cool, and enjoy!
