Mix chia seeds and protein powder (plus cocoa if using) together.
Add milk and mix.
Refrigerate for 5 to 10 minutes.
Remove from the fridge, add maple syrup, and mix
Refrigerate for a further period of time depending on your personal preference (10 minutes, overnight, whatever you like!).
Serve with optional toppings such as granola, berries, fresh fruit, almond butter, etc.
