Line a tray with baking paper.
In a bowl, mix the peanut butter and protein powder.
Roll mixture into easter egg shapes and place on the lined tray.
Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
In a bowl, melt dark chocolate.
Using a fork, carefully dip the easter eggs into the chocolate, then return them to the tray.
Add toppings if you wish.
Refrigerate for a further 20 minutes.
