 ¼ cup Oats
 1 tsp Baking powder
 1 tsp Cinnamon
 1 pinch Salt
TOPPING IDEAS
 Maple syrup
 Fresh fruit
 Whipped cream
 Nuts

Method

In the order listed, add all ingredients to a blender.

Blend for approximately one minute.
