Ingredients

COOKIE
 1 heaped tbsp Inline Nutrition Protein Powder
 1 tbsp Smooth peanut butter
 1 tsp Maple syrup
 5 tbsp Milk (to reach a dough texture)
 1 tsp Chopped chocolate
FILLING
 1 tsp Yoghurt
 1 tsp Smooth peanut butter
 1 tsp Maple syrup
 ½ tsp Cacao powder
Note:
 You can add milk to the filling if you would like it thinner

Method

Mix together the 'COOKIE' ingredients, adding milk until you have a dough-y consistency.

Split the dough mixture in half and shape it into two cookies.

In a bowl, mix together the 'FILLING' ingredients.

Spread filling between cookies.

Enjoy, or freeze/refrigerate depending on your personal preference.
